The course is flat and very fast. Around 40 live bands, cheering points and lots of spectators will cheer you on and carry you to the finish line at the Brandenburg Gate. Celebrate yourself and your potential best time.

Eligibility
The GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON is organized in accordance with the regulations of the German Athletics Association (DLV) and World Athletics (WA) under the supervision of the Berlin Athletics Association (BLV).
- All runners born in 2009 and older are eligible to participate
- Nordic walkers are not permitted
- Walkers are permitted as long as they stay within the time limit of 3 hours 15 minutes
Clothing bag or poncho
While stocks last, you can choose between a poncho or a clothing bag when you register. Availability is limited, the selection cannot be guaranteed for the entire registration period, so only one product may be offered if you register late. Please note that the selection cannot be changed once the registration has been completed.
IMPORTANT: From now on we can only offer the poncho for booking at registration. Unfortunately, exchange for a clothing bag is not possible.
Poncho
- After your finish you will receive a warming poncho.
- The reusable poncho is a great memento of your run.
- You will not receive a clothing bag with this option, i.e. you cannot leave any clothing, valuables etc. in the start area on the day of the event. Bags, backpacks or other items of luggage may not be taken onto the event site.
- The poncho booking is indicated by a symbol on your bib number.
Clothing bag
- You will receive a transparent clothing bag and a sticker with your bib number when you pick up your race material. Please apply the sticker to your bag.
- Clothing and valuables to be taken to the event site must be in the clothing bag. The items must be loose in the bag: You may not put a backpack or sports bag in it.
- You hand in your clothing bag at the designated truck at the start area and can pick it up from the truck after the finish line.
- You will not receive a poncho after your race!
SuperHalfs series participation
The GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON has been part of the SuperHalfs series since 2024.
SuperHalfs is an association of originally five, now six renowned running organizers from Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia. The SuperHalfs series offers runners a unique and challenging experience as they complete half marathons in these famous European cities.
You can register free of charge with SuperHalfs to receive a SuperPassport. Then enter your SuperPassport number when you register for the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON 2025.
